Charlene Flanagan
Charlene is an accomplished bridal makeup artist, beauty educator, and influential voice in the beauty industry with a proven track record of transforming bridal dreams into reality. With over 10+ years of experience, Charlene has earned a reputation for her signature soft-glam artistry, attention to detail, and ability to enhance each bride’s natural beauty on their most important day.
Beyond the chair, Charlene is a dedicated educator, offering hands-on training and online courses for aspiring makeup artists. She is known for her clear, approachable teaching style and her commitment to raising industry standards. Her students leave not only with technical skills but with the confidence to build successful careers.
As a beauty influencer, Charlene connects with a growing community of followers on social media, where she shares expert tips, behind-the-scenes content, and honest product reviews. Her influence extends beyond makeup, inspiring others with her entrepreneurial journey, authenticity, and passion for empowering others in the beauty space.

Niamh Ryan
Niamh, an advanced skin therapist and cosmetic scientist, proudly rooted in Ballina, Co. Mayo, where I grew up right beside the River Moy. My career has taken me around the world from studying in the U.S. and Australia, to leading global beauty brands in London but my heart has always belonged to the West of Ireland.
After completing my degree in Business Studies and a Master's in Marketing split between Dublin City University and the University of Illinois, I joined the Unilever Future Leaders Programme in London a competitive graduate programme where only a handful are selected each year. Working within Unilever’s marketing department was a dynamic and formative experience that gave me deep insight into global beauty and skincare trends. I later returned to Dublin as a senior brand manager, but my passion for skin health and the science of beauty continued to grow.
While working full-time, I retrained in advanced skincare and cosmetic science, bringing my business and marketing background full circle into the world I was always meant to be in.
Now, I combine science-led skincare knowledge with a results-driven, holistic approach to skin therapy all from the place that’s always felt like home.
